Molton Brown wanted to move a large proportion of its learner population, mainly retail employees, away from traditional classroom and paper-based learning toward a more interactive and self-directed approach. Working with CrossKnowledge, the company launched its Digital Learning Academy and My Learning App to support a blended learning experience across the organization.

CrossKnowledge helped Molton Brown roll out flagship content that made fragrance expertise a primary learning focus for the global business. The program was recognized with 2 Silver Awards from Brandon Hall in 2021, and results included 70% of learners accessing via a mobile device, an NPS score of 46, and 4,075 learning resources accessed each month.
