Innogy, led by People Development Specialist Frank van Loon, needed to evolve a budding e-learning solution into a full end-to-end digital learning program that could rethink leadership development. To do this they partnered with CrossKnowledge and its Blended e-learning technology, seeking a platform with strong content, easy navigation, and the flexibility to support a collaborative, team-oriented rollout.
