JCDecaux, the world’s leading outdoor advertising firm, asked its L&D team to create a compelling, role-based learning experience for administrators of the JCDecaux Academy to boost skills sharing and local autonomy across countries. They partnered with CrossKnowledge and planned to leverage the CrossKnowledge Academy (and integrated BlendedX capabilities) to deliver a scalable, multilingual training solution.
CrossKnowledge helped design and implement MyCrew, an interactive maritime-themed program with Sailor/Captain/Admiral profiles delivered via the CrossKnowledge Academy and integrated using BlendedX technology. The rollout made courses available in nine languages, produced 71 certified learners, saw 67% of MyCrew members gain platform management rights, achieved an average learner session of 35 minutes, drove a 100% increase in employee interest after redesign, and earned a silver Brandon Hall award — with CrossKnowledge also training JCDecaux’s L&D team to ensure lasting impact.
