How Dimensions Prepared Care Workers for COVID-19

Dimensions, a not-for-profit care organisation of around 7,000 employees across England and Wales, faced the sudden loss of classroom training at the start of the COVID-19 lockdown and needed to rapidly move essential courses — including a new isolation care course — into a digital format.
