A CrossKnowledge Case Study

Preview of the Egis Group Case Study

How Digital Learning Helped EGIS Improve its Global Management Practices

Egis Group, a specialist services and engineering firm that has grown to nearly 14,000 employees with 70% of turnover from outside France, needed a coherent way to develop management practices across its international operations. To support managers during rapid growth and preserve the company’s identity and values, Egis Group partnered with CrossKnowledge and adopted the CrossKnowledge Path to Performance solution to deliver tailored, digital and blended management training worldwide.

CrossKnowledge delivered turnkey, customizable Path to Performance programs that combined e‑learning and face‑to‑face formats, supported by a Client Success team and bilingual webinars for HR. Egis Group assessed the strengths and weaknesses of 500 managers to prioritize needs, selected five Paths (covering 30 topics) and rolled them out globally—from São Paulo to New Delhi—enabling HR managers to act as coaches and rapidly integrate scalable, targeted management development across the group.
