Facilitated Programs to Support Young Professionals

ArcelorMittal Tubular Products Al-Jubail sought to accelerate development for a cohort of fresh bachelor graduates called “Young Professionals,” focusing on Accountability, Delivering Results and Business Acumen. To reinforce its 12‑month management pathway with a modern, engaging approach, ArcelorMittal selected CrossKnowledge to deliver a blended, live‑facilitated program combining e‑learning and virtual facilitation to build assertiveness, confidence, feedback skills and on‑the‑job application.

CrossKnowledge implemented a plug‑and‑play 5‑week blended journey—launched on ArcelorMittal’s platform in under a month—combining online modules, three collaborative live workshops, coaching and local facilitation. Results included 31 learners, 871 platform connections, 248 hours of learning (+39 optional), 22 participants completing >90% of the program, an average of 9 hours per learner and an NPS of +50, with participants reporting clear gains in applying action steps and achieving goals.
