A CrossKnowledge Case Study
Junior Achievement, the world’s largest non-profit focused on work readiness, entrepreneurship and financial literacy, faced rising costs and logistical limits from delivering programs on paper. To scale to the 4.8 million U.S. students it reaches (and support its roughly 250,000 volunteers) while capturing learner data to report outcomes to donors, JA partnered with CrossKnowledge to pursue a digital learning platform to replace printed binders and be easy for volunteers to use on existing school technology.
CrossKnowledge co‑developed a single, easy-to-use digital platform that digitized classroom materials, supports projection and 1:1 modes, lets volunteers train remotely, and captures student progress with quizzes and surveys. The CrossKnowledge solution enabled JA to digitize key programs in under a year (versus an expected five), reduced plan-to-launch time by 80%, and delivered a scalable system to onboard volunteers and measure impact across JA’s programs.
