Digital Learning Supports Rapid Organizational Expansion at Pandora

Pandora, the global jewellery business operating in 100+ countries with roughly 27,000 employees, faced fragmented learning governance, high LMS administrative overhead, poor master learner data and the need to serve three distinct audiences (retail/franchise, craftspeople and corporate). To modernize its Global Learning & Development capability, Pandora partnered with CrossKnowledge to implement a new Learning Management System and digital learning tools (including the CrossKnowledge platform and Blendedx).

CrossKnowledge streamlined governance, trained a core admin team (cutting the number of people making system changes from 1,800 to 100), cleaned and migrated 35,000 learner records, localized content in 20 languages, and delivered a branded UI plus Blendedx-powered eLearning. The CrossKnowledge solution went live in six weeks and drove rapid adoption: 15,500 course completions in the first 30 days, an average of 6.4 hours of learning per user, expansion to 50,000 learners across 100+ countries, 160 courses available, and internal support tickets fell from 200 to 20.
