They partnered with vendor CrossKnowledge to address this challenge.

CrossKnowledge implemented the Socomec Academy, a global learning platform that provided a structured, blended approach to onboarding and skills development. The solution included customized access to CrossKnowledge's content in six languages, a dedicated environment for managers, and an integrated user community. The platform was very well-received, with sales managers who embraced the program showing excellent results, and it was successfully deployed globally.
