Etex, a Belgian industrial group and global leader in sustainable building solutions with over 17,000 employees, needed to improve and standardize its sales processes worldwide. Rather than a one-off course provider, Etex sought a responsive partner to deliver an adaptive digital learning platform; they selected CrossKnowledge to support the rollout of a tailored sales enablement program.
CrossKnowledge developed and launched the Etex Sales Excellence Academy and Sales Excellence Program using its digital learning solutions and authoring tool, combining blended learning, learning paths, a Sales Excellence Knowledge Community and webinar recordings to cascade the Etex Sales Excellence Framework. The initiative now supports about 1,500 employees and has grown from 8 to more than 20 modules, accelerating learning across the organization and providing highly customized content aligned to Etex’s processes.
