Case Study: Air France achieves scalable digital leadership development and increased manager engagement with CrossKnowledge

A CrossKnowledge Case Study

Preview of the Air France Case Study

Digital Learning for Leadership Development at Air France

Air France, one of the world’s largest air carriers, needed to digitalize leadership training to help directors and managers boost efficiency and adapt to a rapidly changing, competitive sector. To address this, Air France partnered with CrossKnowledge to design a scalable digital learning program using CrossKnowledge’s catalog of e‑learning modules, videos and targeted content and to create tailored portals for different leadership levels.

CrossKnowledge implemented two learning portals—My Learning for 8,000 managers and My Learning Executives for 400 top executives—featuring short-form content, a high-performance search engine, social exchange tools (including Yammer and Twitter feeds), and a mix of multimedia resources. The program logged 10,000 hours in the first few months, delivered high user satisfaction and engagement, and improved leadership development outcomes; CrossKnowledge will further extend access with planned mobile learning.
