Digital Learning for Employee Development at Storebrand

Storebrand, one of Norway's oldest financial services companies, faced the challenge of building a digitally capable workforce and creating a common sense of purpose among its employees. To mark its 250th anniversary, the company sought a long-term, transformative learning solution to create a stronger learning environment and align its staff on corporate culture. They partnered with vendor CrossKnowledge to implement this initiative.

Using its Blended® technology, CrossKnowledge created an interconnected learning program for Storebrand. The solution combines digital content from its library with bespoke modules, social features, and gamification, all accessible via a mobile app. The program was launched to over 2,000 employees, and within three months, 77% were engaging with it on their mobile phones. An impressive 96% of learners reported that the learning was flexible and accessible, highlighting the program's success in driving engagement.
