A CrossKnowledge Case Study

Preview of the L'Oreal Case Study

Digital Learning for Employee Development at L'Oréal

L’Oréal, a global beauty company, faced the challenge of providing extensive, innovative training to over 70,000 employees across 190 countries to attract top talent and foster loyalty. To maintain its competitive edge, it needed a humanistic and accessible learning platform capable of addressing global talent acquisition, staff turnover, and large-scale training. The company partnered with vendor CrossKnowledge for a solution.

CrossKnowledge implemented an intuitive, self-training Learning Suite platform with two user modes: on-demand and manager-led courses. The solution, praised for its user experience, included extensive off-the-shelf content like e-learning modules and videos. This resulted in a customized platform deployed across 68 countries in 11 languages, featuring 3,000 resources. Within the first four months, 10,000 employees had logged into the new system.
