Henkel, the global manufacturer behind brands like Persil, Schwarzkopf and Loctite with 50,000 employees in 120 countries, faced inconsistent, unevenly available training and needed to align learning with its global strategy while implementing a blended 70:20:10 approach for diverse international teams. To address this, Henkel partnered with CrossKnowledge to develop a scalable learning solution, including the Henkel Global Academy.

CrossKnowledge implemented the Henkel Global Academy with a Learning Center for all employees and a Leadership Center for leaders and high potentials, mapped CrossKnowledge Library content to Henkel’s Competency Model, translated and tailored materials, and integrated a 70:20:10 blended program into performance management. The initiative drove measurable impact: connected learners increased by 50%, total time spent viewing content tripled, and 75% of users returned to the eLearning platform.
