Equinix, the world's largest data center company, faced the challenge of disrupting its talent management approach to cultivate employee development and career growth. They needed a scalable, global digital learning solution to democratize learning, transform the workforce's mindset, and help attract and retain top talent. To meet this challenge, they partnered with vendor CrossKnowledge.

CrossKnowledge designed the Equinix Learning Exchange (ELE) using the CrossKnowledge Learning Suite to create an interconnected digital learning environment. This solution facilitated social learning communities and delivered mobile-enabled experiences. The results were highly impactful, with 8,000 learners connecting within eight months, an average connection rate of 11.3 hours per employee, and content available in 11 languages.
