Digital Learning for Employee Development at Engie

Engie, the global energy and environment firm with 155,000 employees across 90 countries, needed a more accessible, cost-effective way to develop international staff skills and industrialize cross‑functional training at scale. Engie selected CrossKnowledge as its digital learning partner to support a large‑scale, time‑efficient e‑learning strategy and increase employee uptake of personalized development programs.

CrossKnowledge implemented an LMS platform with blended courses, off‑the‑shelf and custom content, and helped launch an Engie Corporate University (Leadership, Strategy & Culture, Transformation, Careers & Schools), plus personalized “Learning Playlists” and COOCs. As a result, CrossKnowledge’s solution expanded access to all staff and drove measurable impact: a 30.5% increase in training hours and 31% of content delivered as high‑quality standard material sourced from CrossKnowledge.
