Salomon, owned by Amer Sport, needed a way to deliver consistent, flexible and mobile-friendly training to retail staff in stores to ensure best-in-class customer service and drive sell-through. CrossKnowledge had already partnered with Amer Sport to design and launch an online learning platform for office staff, and was engaged to extend that capability to Salomon’s retail teams by building a tailored corporate university.
CrossKnowledge implemented a corporate university and online learning platform offering consistent courses, mobile access, course tracking, knowledge testing and impact measurement with follow-up training. The program delivered measurable results: an 85% team connection rate, 159 courses available and a 4.4/5 learner satisfaction score, helping Salomon raise service standards and improve retail performance.
