Casino Group - Customer Case Study

Casino Group, a leader in multichannel retailing, needed a scalable, multi-format training strategy to develop employees across logistics, catering, real estate and store operations for some 75,000 staff in France. To raise the visibility and quality of its Campus Casino training offer and deliver e-learning, blended, classroom and technical content consistently, Casino Group turned to CrossKnowledge as its learning technology partner.

CrossKnowledge deployed its Learning Suite with native Mohive content development integration, launched a new training portal in 2012 for 75,000 employees, and provided off‑the‑shelf content (CrossKnowledge Top 50), blended paths and CrossKnowledge/ESSEC certificated programs alongside in‑house courses. The initiative supported over 7,000 sessions in 2012 (a little more than 50,000 training days), enabled weekly self‑service module releases and strengthened the long‑term Casino–CrossKnowledge partnership, while Casino continues to address hardware access across sites.
