The customer, Cross Zlín, a.s., partnered with the vendor, Cross, to implement a comprehensive traffic control system in Izmir. The challenge was to modernize the city's traffic management to improve efficiency and urban mobility.

The solution from Cross involved installing 400 new generation RS 4S traffic light controllers and establishing a fully equipped traffic control center, integrating over 3,000 smart devices. This system gave preference to public transport, directed drivers to vacant parking, and enabled remote offense monitoring. As a result, Cross helped cut journey times by half while facilitating continuous improvements through data collection.
