ATMA Jalna monitored 912 plots with Cropin to boost sustainable agriculture

The Agricultural Technology Management Agency (ATMA) in Jalna faced significant challenges in monitoring its farms and promoting sustainable practices for pulse growers. Manual processes led to poor data transparency, difficulty tracking inputs, and an inability to quickly respond to pest threats. To address this, ATMA partnered with agri-tech vendor Cropin to implement a digital solution.

Cropin deployed a customized agri-intelligence system that included geo-tagging plots, digitizing field data, and providing real-time alerts for pests and diseases. This solution enabled ATMA to accurately monitor over 900 plots, track seed usage, and address 19 field alerts. The project resulted in a harvest of 66.6 tonnes, demonstrating Cropin's role in significantly improving farm productivity and resilience.
