Agricultural Technology Management Agency (ATMA) - Customer Case Study

Agricultural Technology Management Agency (ATMA), a district-level agricultural body in Jalna, Maharashtra, needed a better way to manage farms under NFSM after relying on manual processes that made field monitoring, input tracking, GAP compliance, and pest management difficult. With limited visibility into farmer activities and no reliable way to track non-recommended chemical use or lab results, ATMA turned to CropIn for digital farm monitoring and record keeping.

CropIn implemented plot geo-tagging, area auditing, field activity monitoring, crop image capture, alert analysis, pest advisory, and agri-input tracking to improve transparency and accountability. The solution digitized 912 plots and 1,650 acres, impacted 840 farmers, geo-tagged 540 plots, audited 496 plots, recorded 19 field alerts, and captured 66.6 tonnes of harvest across 175 plots—helping ATMA better monitor sowing, yields, and export-certification readiness.
