Love Stories, the Amsterdam-based lingerie brand, wanted a way to bring the in-store bra-shopping experience online and help customers choose the right size, fit, and style. Working with Crobox, they looked to implement a Product Finder to address the fact that many shoppers don’t know their bra size and need more guidance and education when buying bralettes online.

Crobox implemented a slide-out Product Finder across Love Stories’ homepage, category pages, and product pages, asking users questions about fit and style before recommending the best bralette and related products. The results were strong, with a 604% conversion rate uplift and a 15% average order value uplift, while Crobox also helped Love Stories uncover useful customer insights such as 37% of users not knowing their bra size and many preferring neutral colors and more support.
