A CRMNEXT Case Study
Reliance Mutual Fund faced fragmented data and weak customer management — relying on home‑grown BI, plagued by registrar data issues and non‑contactable records, and lacking a CRM to control acquisition, retention and partner relationships. CRMNEXT was engaged to deliver its Financial Service CRM and integrate the CRM with core systems to provide actionable intelligence and a unified data model.
CRMNEXT deployed the Financial Service CRM to unify sales and service stakeholders, integrate and analyze more than 400 million rows (up to 1 TB) of data, and decommission six legacy systems. As a result, CRMNEXT drove measurable impact: a 50% reduction in transaction costs, a 40% increase in customers under managed portfolios, a reported 400% improvement in first‑time‑right and TAT adherence, better lead conversion, reduced servicing costs and lower IT effort for regulatory reporting.
