Ottawa Sports and Entertainment Group (OSEG), which runs the Ottawa REDBLACKS, Ottawa Fury FC, Ottawa 67’s and events at TD Place, needed to build a more outbound, metrics-driven sales culture. Leadership wanted better visibility into KPIs, real-time broadcasting of performance in the sales office, and a motivating way to encourage pipeline building and consistent activity without incurring high software costs.
OSEG implemented Hurrah! Leaderboards to gamify daily sales activity with live leaderboards, Big Events announcements and Salesforce integration, increasing recognition and friendly competition. In one month the team surged ahead by $2 million in campaign sales (a 61% performance increase), reached nearly 90% of a six-month goal in 30 days, and realized outsized ROI (cited as up to 81x on a conservative attribution).
