The Dallas Cowboys, one of the NFL’s most valuable and successful franchises, faced a sales challenge: although they’d used a CRM since 2007, they lacked a reporting tool and struggled with inconsistent user adoption and training. The CRM team wanted a solution that would attract and motivate reps rather than force compliance, and they were intrigued by Hurrah!’s real-time Big Event alerts.
They implemented Hurrah! Leaderboard®, a real-time CRM-integrated leaderboard with visual and audible recognition (including custom alert songs), quick installation and simple configuration. The gamified displays boosted engagement, increased sales and data accuracy, fostered friendly competition, and required minimal daily administration beyond running the slideshow.
