Infocore, an end-to-end data and marketing solutions firm, was struggling with significant inefficiencies and inaccurate data. This was caused by using two separate and mutually exclusive systems: Salesforce for opportunity tracking and another external database for its quoting and invoicing processes. The CRM Firm was brought in to address these challenges and consolidate their operations.
The CRM Firm solved this by fully leveraging Infocore's existing Sales Cloud license to reintegrate and consolidate all processes onto the Salesforce platform. They developed custom objects, fields, and automations to handle Infocore's complex pricing model and media delivery tracking, and integrated tools like Bill.com and Quickbooks. As a result, The CRM Firm eliminated human errors and process gaps, providing Infocore with accurate, real-time data and a fully optimized Salesforce ecosystem to inform its business decisions.
