IPC Health Improves Emergency Response with SafeZone

IPC Health, one of the largest community health providers in Victoria, Australia, needed to improve staff safety, emergency response, and wellbeing across six sites and in community settings. CriticalArc’s SafeZone platform was identified as the right enterprise safety and security solution, and IPC Health used the opportunity to review and strengthen its wider preparedness and resilience processes.

CriticalArc worked with IPC Health to tailor SafeZone for duress/Code Black alerts, medical and other emergencies, mass notifications, and wellbeing support. Alerts are now routed to Chubb’s 24/7 monitoring center with staff locations pinpointed to 3-meter accuracy, helping deliver faster and more appropriate responses, reduce unnecessary escalation, and strengthen resilience during major incidents.
