Nestlé USA, part of the global Nestlé enterprise, needed a better way to manage and analyze its large UNFI-distributed product portfolio of 1,500 SKUs. Before working with Crisp, the team relied on siloed reports with data gaps, extra modeling, and manual effort to isolate Nestlé USA’s business from other Nestlé divisions using the same UNFI vendor number.

With Crisp, Nestlé USA gained clean, real-time reporting, resolved incomplete data issues, eliminated manual ad hoc requests, and improved visibility across its $300M UNFI business segment, including year-over-year distribution, supply-on-hand, and sales/inventory heat maps.
