How Paducah Public Schools streamlined their school safety with digital access to safety protocols

Paducah Public Schools, a Kentucky district and CrisisGo customer since 2018, relied on PA/bell systems and paper-based student accounting for emergencies. Wanting electronic access to emergency plans and better district-wide communication and accountability, the district turned to CrisisGo to modernize its safety protocols.

CrisisGo deployed its safety platform across the district’s Surface Pro devices to give staff mobile access to protocols, a single line of emergency communication, and SIS syncing for student accounting. Paducah used CrisisGo to remotely activate every building’s tornado emergency process and communicate with principals during a tornado warning—an outcome Troy Brock called "flawless"—resulting in faster centralized response, improved student accounting, and heightened staff safety awareness.
