A CrisisGo Case Study
Hanover Community School Corporation needed to modernize how it managed safety drills and district-wide emergency communication—having strong protocols but no digital safety platform. Since 2018, Hanover adopted CrisisGo’s digital safety and crisis response platform to run and track drills and improve real-time communication between staff and administrators.
CrisisGo enabled Hanover to schedule, perform, and review lockdown, fire, and severe-weather drills, send organization-wide alerts, and maintain unified staff communication across all buildings. The platform’s reminders helped principals meet mandated deadlines (for example, the required fire drill within the first 10 days), improved the district’s ability to communicate during a potential active-shooter event, and Hanover plans to add CrisisGo’s Roster Event tool to streamline student accountability and collect deeper safety data.
