A Crises Control Case Study
Saudia Cargo, a global air-freight operator serving 225 international and 26 domestic destinations, faced frequent operational disruptions from severe weather, security incidents and other events that threatened timely delivery and supply-chain continuity. To centralize emergency communications and ensure staff could be alerted, instructed and tracked during incidents, Saudia Cargo partnered with Crises Control and adopted its mass communications and incident-management capabilities, including the Task Manager function.
Crises Control implemented a centrally managed platform with real-time dashboards, map-based visualizations, multi-channel notifications, the Task Manager for creating/assigning tasks and automated reporting, plus incident tools such as Ping and SOS messages. The solution gave Saudia Cargo auditable, automated workflows that track delegation, acceptance and completion of tasks and produce performance reports by department, team and individual, improving response coordination and helping return operations to normal more quickly — all delivered by Crises Control.
