Irembo US - Customer Case Study

The customer, Irembo, faced the challenge of making government services accessible to all Rwandans, including those in remote villages without internet access. The process of retrieving documents was long, costly, and required multiple physical trips. CrimsonLogic partnered with Irembo to develop the IremboGov e-Government platform to digitalize these services.

CrimsonLogic's solution utilized USSD technology to allow citizens to access services via basic 2G phones, eliminating the need for internet. The implementation of IremboGov has processed up to half a million transactions monthly and has saved over 25 million working hours since its launch. The platform has also improved business performance and boosted foreign direct investment for Rwanda.
