The Government of Uttarakhand faced a significant challenge in delivering social services due to fragmented and inconsistent citizen data stored across 109 different government agencies. This made it difficult to verify eligibility for programs and resulted in inefficiencies. To address this, the government partnered with CrimsonLogic to implement its Citizen Data Vault (CDV) solution.

CrimsonLogic's CDV integrated the disparate databases into a single, centralized repository, providing a complete and transparent view of citizen information. This solution eliminated time-intensive manual verification and allowed for more effective implementation of social schemes. CrimsonLogic's implementation resulted in an efficiency gain of more than 20% in resource and funds utilization for the government.
