Indian Prairie School District 204 - Customer Case Study

Indian Prairie School District 204 worked with Crick Software to support students with a wide range of disabilities, including autism, cognitive difficulties, learning disabilities, vocabulary challenges, and physical disabilities that made keyboard access difficult. The district needed a flexible way to help diverse learners participate more fully in class and express their ideas independently.

Crick Software’s Clicker software was implemented to provide customizable support such as audio cues, recorded responses, pictures, videos, and varied sentence structures. As a result, students could work more independently, take part more actively in the curriculum, and build confidence through success. The case study does not provide specific quantitative metrics, but it reports clear improvements in independence, participation, and the ability to gradually reduce scaffolding as students progressed.
