SIU selected emPerform for its configurability, usability, and compensation functionality and completed a rapid remote implementation. emPerform automated workflows, scoring/weighting, notifications, ongoing feedback journals, and reporting dashboards—resulting in significant time savings, more frequent and consistent reviews, and full visibility into appraisal status. SIU is now preparing to extend the system to a fair, automated pay-for-performance program.
