Ecore International Streamlines Employee Performance Management and Compensation Planning with CRG emPerform

Ecore International, a Lancaster, PA manufacturer of reclaimed-material flooring with more than 500 employees, needed a scalable, flexible performance management system to replace an in-house IT solution that was electronic but could not handle compensation planning, frequent goal updates, or growing administrative demands. HR was spending excessive time re-opening forms and managing reviews, and the company wanted better integration with its Sage® HRIS and more robust reporting as it continued to grow.

Ecore implemented CRG emPerform, working with implementation consultants to build custom forms and workflows, enable ongoing goal updates and journaling, and integrate employee data from Sage for seamless transfers. The combined performance-and-compensation platform streamlined merit administration, improved reporting and on-time completion tracking, and cut manager time on merit recommendations by an estimated 80–90% and HR time by about 60–70%; Ecore is now rolling out emPerform’s nine-box talent matrix to support leadership development.
