How Clark County Sold $115.1M in Property via Online Auction

Clark County, Nevada, needed a better way to sell surplus land parcels that were not being used for airport operations. In 2019, Clark County selected Crexi and its online Auction service for its first ever online-only auction, choosing the platform for its strong technology and ability to manage the bid and due diligence process in one place.

Crexi ran the auction and provided marketing, communication, and escrow coordination support, enabling real-time bidding across multiple parcels. The results were strong: Clark County sold 11 of 17 units in 2019 for $63.5M across 120 acres with 157 bids and $3.2M over reserve, then returned in 2020 to sell 11 of 16 units for $52.1M across 100 acres with 242 bids and $5.6M over reserve.
