The Crewmojo platform was then implemented to enable this new program, providing an intuitive tool for regular check-ins and feedback. The solution was successfully adopted across the organization, even during the shift to remote work, empowering more effective conversations, increasing accountability for one-on-one meetings, and breaking down silos.
