Mirus IT, an ITLAB company, needed a better way to collect customer feedback, reduce employee turnover, and address customer churn. Their existing survey process through Autotask produced only a 2.5% response rate, leaving them with too little data to understand service quality or where to improve.
CrewHu implemented a gamified feedback and recognition program using its 1-click survey platform, employee incentives, and automated reporting. The result was a 10x ROI, doubled revenue, and a major increase in feedback volume and CSAT, including 8,535 feedback responses and 98.4% CSAT in 2017 and 16,675 responses with 98.59% CSAT in 2019.
