Case Study: Ten Cate Enbi achieves global ERP visibility and tighter margin control with CrescentOne

A CrescentOne Case Study

Preview of the Ten Cate Enbi Case Study

Satisfying the Global Demand for Technical Components

Ten Cate Enbi, a Netherlands‑based manufacturer of plastic and rubber components for office and domestic equipment with operations in 10 locations and over 1,300 employees, needed a multilingual, multi‑currency system to support its global factories and provide accurate, real‑time operational visibility. To address this challenge they engaged CrescentOne to deliver an integrated global ERP and e‑commerce capability that could be localized by language and currency and support centralized order and inventory management across regions.

CrescentOne implemented the global ERP across servers in the US, Europe and Asia (backed by an Oracle database and BI tools), enabling centralized, Internet‑based order entry in customers’ native languages, real‑time inventory visibility, margin monitoring and dynamic pricing. As a result Ten Cate Enbi gained better management information, the ability to focus on higher‑margin products, shorter lead times for customers, 24/7 online order/status capability, and local vendor support worldwide — positioning CrescentOne’s solution as the backbone for Ten Cate’s future centralized IT strategy.
