CrescentOne migrated the company to the then-current glovia.com release using a controlled five-step, Six Sigma–informed approach, replacing legacy systems, automating manual processes and dramatically reducing customizations. As a result, CrescentOne’s implementation cut customizations from over 3,000 to under 100, made the application about five times faster, raised on-time delivery to 99%, reduced physical inventory cycle time to six hours and inventory accuracy to 99%, shortened MRP from four hours to 15 minutes, and trimmed month-end close from five days to three.
