Keihin Aircon, the HVAC subsidiary of Keihin Corporation and a principal supplier to Honda, faced fragmented IT across three North American facilities and increasing volatility in customer schedules. To consolidate systems and improve responsiveness, Keihin Aircon selected CrescentOne’s extended ERP solution, GLOVIA G2, to replace standalone applications and standardize operations.

CrescentOne implemented GLOVIA G2 across the three sites, integrating financials, MRP, supplier/customer releasing and inventory control into a single, multi‑site platform. The solution delivered companywide visibility, synchronized production to customer cycle times, cut on‑hand inventory from about four days to roughly half a day, virtually eliminated overtime, reduced downtime and sped supplier coordination — enabling leaner operations and supporting North American and global expansion.
