Zillow engaged Cresa to efficiently expand its Seattle corporate headquarters (approximately 400,000 sq. ft.) while accommodating aggressive headcount growth, managing its North American portfolio, and keeping occupancy costs down. Cresa supported Zillow with Global Portfolio Solutions, Transaction Management, and Workplace Intelligence to identify downtown office space that met current and future business objectives.
Cresa’s team — led by Parker Ferguson with support from Matt Hermsen, Ashleigh Sundet, and Jade Rice — negotiated multiple expansion opportunities at pre‑negotiated rates and used headcount projections and workplace intelligence to right‑size efficient space. As a result, Zillow maintained lower occupancy costs during rapid growth, anticipated future space needs, and continues to work with Cresa on ongoing expansion planning.
