Zillow engaged Cresa to manage the transaction for a 19,550 sq. ft. Scottsdale office in Phoenix that needed to reflect Arizona’s historic local neighborhoods while supporting Zillow’s consumer-focused real estate business. Cresa provided Transaction Management services, led by Cory Shepard, to deliver a workplace that aligned with Zillow’s brand and local design inspiration.

Cresa implemented a themed workplace broken into four distinct neighborhoods—mid-century modern, Arcadia, historic, and back porch—using specialty wall finishes, custom millwork, decorative lighting and a prominent pitched-roof architectural feature at the entrance. The result was a fully realized 19,550 sq. ft. Scottsdale office that visually and functionally embodies Arizona’s neighborhood character, delivered through Cresa’s transaction management.
