Viking Cruises - Customer Case Study

Viking Cruises, expanding its reservation operations in Phoenix, needed an Arizona facility to hire 350 employees for a new reservation center. Viking engaged Cresa for Project Management and Transaction Management to quickly secure and deliver appropriate space to support immediate hiring and operations.

Cresa (team led by Cory Shepard) managed the transaction into 37,386 sq. ft. at Hayden Ferry and executed a phased solution that allowed immediate move-in to the 7th floor while the 6th floor was built out. The 6th floor was completed first with call-center workstations and meeting spaces, followed by training spaces on the 7th, enabling Viking Cruises to begin hiring and operations without delay and meet its staffing objectives.
