With three years remaining on its existing lease and growth projections that would require doubling its footprint, Vaco needed support with consulting, location strategy, and transaction planning to find a path for future expansion.

Cresa negotiated an early exit from Vaco’s existing lease with no financial impact to the client and supported budgeting, planning, incentive negotiations, and project management for a new headquarters. The new HQ was to be constructed by a REIT near the previous office, and Cresa helped Vaco achieve its goals for a modern workplace with collaborative space and amenities for employees and visiting teammates.
