Terravita Country Club, a premier member-owned golf course community in Scottsdale, AZ, needed a modernization to retain existing members and attract new ones. Cresa served as the project management / Owner’s Representative for the 15,193 sq. ft. renovation.

Cresa coordinated the construction process with award-winning PHX Architecture, Studio V (interior design) and Wespac Construction to deliver a redesigned clubhouse featuring a versatile bar that opens to an expanded exterior patio, a chef’s room, private dining, a special event room, and fire-table patio seating. The renovation created a more integrated interior–exterior experience and updated amenities to support member retention and recruitment, with Cresa overseeing seamless delivery throughout construction.
