A Cresa Case Study
Dibbsbarker, a Sydney-based law firm occupying 50,000 sq. ft., engaged Cresa for transaction management and consulting to dispose of surplus premises after initially seeking assistance to sublease part of their offices and later requiring a solution for the whole space.
Cresa identified multiple interested parties, aligned with the landlord’s preference to control the space, and implemented Plan A by securing a co‑working operator to take over the lease obligations. Led by Julian Kurath and Ken Lam, Cresa’s approach successfully resolved the surplus space issue, relieved Dibbsbarker of ongoing lease responsibilities, and produced immediate interest from several potential occupants.
