Cresa secured a right-of-first-offer in leases to enable immediate growth without relocation costs, identified an ideal Phoenix location to service west-coast vendors, and arranged a sublease of the older installation to generate revenue and eliminate multiple rents. By placing operations in multiple locations with uninterrupted power, Cresa delivered redundancy that avoided the need for a third specialized DR site — producing measurable cost savings and allowing RUI Credit Services to serve clients on both coasts without increasing overhead.
