XBS Logistics, a Warsaw-based transportation and logistics company occupying 10,000 square metres, engaged Cresa for consulting to renegotiate warehouse and office lease terms. The challenge was to prepare alternative scenarios (location, technical specification, human resources, lease costs), run a developer tender, select a finalist and backup, and negotiate development contract terms.
Cresa managed the tender and lease negotiations and secured a favourable renewal that enabled XBS Logistics to remain at P3 Błonie. Cresa’s outcome delivered an optimal price-to-lease-duration ratio, preserved a facility suited to the company’s products and skilled staff, and aligned the lease terms with XBS’s long‑term rapid expansion plans.
